The Prayer Room Long

Without prayer, our relationship with God can feel hollow or simply one dimensional. Prayer has always been and always will be central to our effectiveness and our growth for Jesus.

During these current restrictions, we want to make sure that our corporate prayer opportunities do not suffer as a result of not being able to physically meet together so we have formed 'The Prayer Room', which will run over zoom for now and take place every other Sunday from 6.30pm - 7.15pm.

The emphasis for these evenings will be a time of praise and thanksgiving, led intercessory prayer, time to listen to God and an opportunity to feed back anything that we believe God has spoken.

Prayer not only brings us together as God’s family but it encourages us and strengthens our faith so we hope to see you at our next 'Prayer Room'. Keep an eye on our calendar to see what dates these are taking place.

Welcome. We're glad you're here

Whether you've just moved to the area or have lived here all your life - we hope our website helps you find out everything you want to know about Welton Baptist Church.

We are a Church with a clear vision.  It’s sourced in the Bible and expressed in 3 simple phrases.  Disciple Making (Matthew 28 v 19), Church Planting (2 Timothy 2 v 2) and World Reaching (Acts 1 v 8).

At this time, we have taken the decision to stop our usual meetings, in line with Government guidance, yet we still have lots going on and welcome you to check out our page:
