Join us at our FREE 5K Run or walk events on the first Saturday of every month. These are free timed events for the community to encourage runners and walkers to be active and enjoy our beautiful Town Park. Registration, refreshments and toilets will be at the Somer Centre. Who are we?

We are a church of people from all walks of life who share the common goal of following Jesus and being open about Him with others in our everyday lives. The church is vibrant with lots going on for people of all ages and backgrounds. We’re engaged in local and global mission, and passionately believe that every person has a part to play. We follow Christian Bible teaching, believing it’s through a loving relationship with Jesus Christ that we can experience life in its fullest and have the security of knowing we’ll live forever with God.

We’re part of the local Baptist Association and we are members of the Evangelical Alliance, and regularly connect with the local Churches in our area for prayer and community outreach.
