Matt Hebditch leads the team and overall direction of the church. He has experience in church planting both overseas and in the U.K. He is married to Liz and has 2 teenage kids he loves spending time with. His passion is to release leaders who are dedicated to disciple making and mission. |

Matt's enthusiastic about anything that gets faith out from behind the doors of church. His wife Jo and 3 children have much the same heart and they love sharing time, good coffee and flapjacks with people. |

Jenni oversees the kids and youth teams at Welton, she moved to the area from South Africa with her husband James with their 3 boys, she has worked in churches for over 20 years and has a passion for developing people and seeing children and young people getting to know God personally. |

Clare became a Christian 10 years ago through the Alpha course and has been at WBC ever since! Married and with one son, she enjoys spending time with family, all things admin related and serving in a variety of ways at church. |

Jeremy is married to Claire. He loves the sense of warmth and family at Welton. He enjoys hearing God's word shared in practical ways and has a passion for the christian healing ministry |

Jason became a Christian as part of the outreach and care from this Church in 2005. He has a amazing family and loves serving in whatever way he can. His go to verse was from his baptism, Psalm 37:7. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him........... |

Sally's been at WBC for over 30 years!! She's a busy mum of 3 and as well as admin and finance, has a passion for helping to draw people into God's presence through worship. She plays the guitar, enjoys holidays and travelling. |

Originally from London, Dave has been part of Welton for 20 years. Training people and seeing their ministry thrive is his passion and he’s a regular public speaker. Dave’s heart is for young people who need to be fostered or adopted and champions the cause of 'Home for Good', a local charity as well as fostering with his wife Carly and family. |

After leaving his native France, Phi worked in the Near-East before getting married to Sally, a true born and bred Weltonian! They now have three children. As well as the Bible, Phi loves many kinds of literature which together with cross-cultural perspectives are favourite topics for a chat around a cheese board, complemented by decent wine (French of course!). |

Linda is originally from Scotland and has 2 young sons. She oversees the prayer ministry team and enjoys preaching. She loves to encourage and see individuals grow in their relationship and love for God. |

Chris is married to Caroline, they have 3 young children and have been at Welton for over 10 years. Chris heads up the Worship in the church and has a passion for helping to develop leaders in their ministry. He also can't get enough of gadgets and always has a few to hand!! |

Andy Ladhams - Deacon |
Alan has been a Christian since 1985, is married to Heather, with 2 grown up daughters, and one grandaughter. His hobbies include chess, gardening ,real ale & motor sport. And the thing that he feels we have that's precious at Welton is we are family 7 days a week not just on a Sunday.

Andy is married to Jan, they have three children and three grandchildren. Andy was an engineer before becoming a Baptist Minister and is now retired. Andy has a passion for worship and discipleship. Andy and Jan are WBC House Group leaders. Andy volunteers to lead morning prayers at Ammerdown once a week and together they lead Quiet Days at Ammerdown.
