Church During Covid
There are many ways to get involved and stay connected at Welton. These are just some of the opportunities available at the present time. Do get in touch if you'd like to know more. We'd love to hear from you.
WELTON@HOME: UPDATE
The Welton@home email is still up and running and fulfilling requests with help for shopping, collecting prescriptions etc... Click here to go to the form.
We are also looking at ways to support those who might be feeling isolated by encouraging the idea of ‘prayer & chat walks’ in pairs around our community. We feel this could be a fruitful time God uses us within our community in an OUT focused way of spending time with another person. If this is something you would like to do, please get in touch and we’ll aim to connect people together in pairs.
During Lockdown, all services can be found online. Please join us on Sunday's at 10.30am.
WELTON COMMUNITIES
Welton Communities meet every first and third Sunday of the month at 4 different locations at 10.30am, the first and third Sunday of each month. There is 1 in Timsbury, 2 in Farrington Gurney and 1 in Paulton. To find out more about how to attend please email admin@weltonchurch.org.uk.
Once done, all you have to do is click here to register your attendance (which is all free of charge) and that way the organisers will assign you a table (of no more than 6) and will welcome you, very warmly, on your arrival. Please know, these meetings are extremely safe and go beyond the guidelines for safety given by the Government and masks must be worn. Everyone is welcome and there is opportunity for children aged 4 – 11 to take part in the previous weeks nFest@home with craft and lots of fun (see below)
GO LIVE SUNDAYS

Every Sunday we have our Church service online. These are broadcast at 10.30am and can be found on YouTube by clicking here. Once there, you can subscribe and also see every service since March which include adult and children services (nFest@home).
CONNECT
This is a great place for anyone aged 17-25 to get connected whether you're new to Welton or been around a while. During Covid we're meeting on zoom every other Saturday evening at 8pm for one hour. It’s a time to chat, play games and catch up with each other. We know that joining something new can be a bit overwhelming, especially on Zoom, but go for it, we'd really love to see you and you'll soon feel at home. Please contact Becca Yates at becca.yates@weltonchurch.org.uk
HOUSEGROUPS
We believe that o
ur house-groups are an essential part of church life, and even more so during these times. Growing deeper friendships and trust often happens within house-groups as well as discipleship. We have lots of different house-groups, some mixed groups, some for women, some for men, some during the day and others in the evenings. Some meet every week and some meet 'as and when', so we hope that you can find one that suits your needs. All groups are currently meeting on 'Zoom' in line with current guidelines. If you are interested in joining a group or would like more information please contact Clare at clare.green@weltonchurch.org.uk.

GROUPS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
Superchargers
This is for children in school years 5 and 6. Superchargers meet every 2 weeks on zoom and have lots of fun on these calls. Please email energy@weltonchurch.org.uk if your child would like to be a part of this. For those children that would like to take part in Superchargers but are not so comfortable on zoom, please still contact us. Care notes are delivered each term to let the child know they are thought of and to help them feel connected. To stay within child guidelines we ask that all parents complete a consent form which can be found here.
Voltage
This group is for children in school year 7 to age 14. Voltage meet every Wednesday by zoom. The theme is games, fun and laughter and lasts about an hour. It’s been great for children to meet like this and have fun together. If you would like your child to attend please click here to fill out a consent form and then email energy@weltonchurch.org.uk for more information.
Ignite
For ages 14 – 18, Ignite meet on zoom every Friday at 7.30pm. This is a place for lots of interactive fun and connecting biblical truths so creates good discussion and also provides a chance for them to encourage and laugh with each other.
